[Darnell Plays With Fire]

OK i guess

This movie was alright but a bit cliched and sort of trying to make me laugh but its an already done and done better idea.

I'll give kudos to the first scene as I liked the direction but elsewise just no effort. There's too many piddly little things like this on the site already. Dont the guidelines say stuff about not submitting things you've made in 20 minutes?

Ok, to be straight I found this movie visually nice in areas and rushed in others. The music was really not my liking definately music to kill yourself to (sounding like an asian celine dion), this is forgivable given my housemates from asia listen to the backstreet boys and all sorts of really soppy droning music.

Otherwise I can't see why you'd sell the code to the flash given that it looks a little as though it was ported over from powerpoint. I'll give kudos for some of the image phasing but at some points it went overkill!

On a final note, I'm sorry I don't stay at home crying to 'made for TV' movies, but the similarities are unbearable. Yes I'm a bully but why not have made it 101 wishes I mean how many guys would seriously write more than 10 without the girl feeling he was a little lacking in his Y chromosomes.

It looks like you'll be getting a fair score for this but maybe you should try something different next time.

100+ hours well invested!

I enjoyed this movie, I really didn't expect much with a crow that's voice was inpenetrably cheesy, I also didn't enjoy the soundtrack, the voice acting was well in sync and worked well as a whole. The backdrops were great, the character models good but not fully to my taste and the action scene really knocked this up a level completely, there was alot of intricate detail put into this submission and you deserve all the credit you get.

It did seem a little bare in places but as this was the effect I thought the whole flash was great. Just one little point though, I'm sure the crow says he's been through the caverns many times or something and was wondering just how its beak is still intact or is it a mutated super crow! ;)

Good luck in the future, hope my movies become as well animated as your own. :D

Yeah, I like Eazy too but still it was a little cheesy saying it in the end credits I got the impression you thought no-one knew NWA and stuff.. I actually cringed.. nothing too bad though, I was happy to hear it again after years! :)

Anyway, back to business, I generally liked the movie and found it funny both in the voices and just how a bus appears outta the ground like its the best thing since sliced bread only to fuck everyone else off... lol.. quality. It's own theme music, that was a killer!

Anyway, the sounds were fun but I'd suggest you try a little cooledit or something in the meantime to make future movies a little more precise (or something.. just can't think of it right now). To be specific maybe some cheesy advert music (not voicebox) on the intro to the bus.

Yeah, you're right it is quite random and yes the scally does rule the day in this one. I laughed my ass off, and the wesker voice was quality too. I also liked the KOL song and thing it might be worth it to go and grab their album right now (of course not by moving my ass from this seat ;)). Keep up the good work!

I thought this was a little too sentimental for that weird looking mullet kid, lets face it, its the mullet that does it & the guy should be ripped for it along with the entirety of white trash mullet kids.

I laughed my ass off at the barber shop bit which is easily the highlight of your work, that picture of the guy off saved by the bell had me rolling on the floor laughing :)

Anyway, nice effort.

This was short but very inventive, I'm no sony fanboy but I liked the animation alot - much kudos and credit.

[Final Fantasy Day Care 5]

final fantasy : never ends

I like final fantasy games, they've always been good. I am not a big fan of this though. I half-smiled at the chocobo song but otherwise there was no humour in this whatsoever. The graphic style has been used in almost every final fantasy release to date but the actual graphics were ok though they share no common similarity to those of final fantasy which are almost always consistent.

The voice acting irritated me (all those 'dude's' can't be healthy for you).

I liked the loading screen but it all went downhill from there..

perhaps a suggestion would be to make something with genuinely funny 'in-jokes', perhaps a drunken late night blitzball game (without all the i love aeris crap) or some genuinely silly moves as opposed to old moves with a twist on them.

Perhaps even a spin-off of fft:advance would be nice in a sprite'y way!

Damn homie!

I liked the execution of this piece! The voice acting was great, the characters were quirky and distinctive, the animation wasn't perfect but suited the style of the piece and it was funny as hell.

I could write more but I think that sums it up, good work guys! Best have vol.2 coming soon! ;)
